Shaelyn Stewart is an Associate Attorney at Webber & Egbert Employment Law, P.C..
Ms. Stewart attended McGeorge School of Law where she won first place in a national moot court competition and was a primary editor for the University of the Pacific Law Review. Before joining Webber & Egbert Employment Law, P.C., Ms. Stewart served as a Judicial Extern in the U.S. District Court for the Eastern District of California.
Ms. Stewart uses her competitive drive, dedication, and oral advocacy training to protect the rights of California employees.
Ms. Stewart represents California employees in all facets of employment law, including litigation involving claims brought under the Fair Employment and Housing Act (FEHA), Title VII, California wage and hour laws, and more.
